We all have heard the importance of breakfast for our mind, body and soul. We all know that it must be nutritionist enough to give your body the energy that it needs to work throughout the day. After experiencing with different breakfasts i.e. the foods that must be eaten blah blah; I have found the 3 foods that keeps one energetic and full throughout the morning till noon at the least.

And the three breakfast items to have in your breakfast are:

Boiled Eggs

Do have an egg boiled as your breakfast item. You can have two as well. Boil it hard or half-done, as you like.

Milk

A glass of milk provides you multitude of benefits. It has your calcium intake, vitamins and various minerals necessary for your health. Do take one glass please.

Apple

The age old adage “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” has a lot of truth in it. Try one in the morning, or half even and see the benefits.

It doesn’t take horses and elephants to have a breakfast that is just right for you. You can bite an apple on your way, drink a glass of water in a minute or two and boil eggs for the week at a time and eat one or two every morning without taking out a whole lot of  your precious time. You can stay active throughout the day with a simple and easy to delve breakfast. Breakfast is a very important meal as you are giving your system the food it deserves after the whole night that sums up to a couple of hours. So please don’t deprive your body.
