Recipe for chocolate banana smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder
  • pinch of cinnamon powder
  • a glass of milk

Method:

Blend everything together and enjoy the instant healthy smoothie!

You can add as many things as you like to increase it’s nutrient value like flax seeds, chia seeds, etc.

P.S. Adjust the quantities as per your liking. This is the ratio I love to use for my smoothie.

    Yum! Another to add to my list of smoothies! I’ve started adding chia & flax to all my smoothies… I also love horlicks inside them sometimes, I love the malty flavour!

    Such a quick and nutritious recipe… I am sometimes tempted to skip breakfast especially in days my hubby is not aroud.. this is a simple and easy one that will provide3 all the nourishment required at the beginning of the day
